The Challenge
Furniture renovation services often lack convenient digital solutions for customers. Katrina told us she didn’t want just another regular renovation mobile app, she was looking for something unique, stylish that would stand out in the market no matter what. One of the issues we saw in the existing mobile apps was how every app failed to offer the right estimate and real-time updates to the users. This clarity is important so that users know how much the cost is and how long the renovation will take.
Now after our meeting, our task was to create a furniture renovation mobile app that was simple to use for the target audience.
