The Challenge
There are many podcast apps out there in the world and that’s why building a podcast listening mobile app is not as easy as it seems. It requires the latest technology and features that can deliver an unforgettable experience. Liam came to us for building a podcast mobile app that was different from the one available in the current market. He had done all his deep research about the curently available podcast apps, the desires of the target users, and features that he wanted in PodSphere. Once our meeting was done with Liam, we understood very wel that our biggest challenge was to deliver a podcast app that users will use for listening all the time and actually enjoy it a lot whenever they want, wherever they are.
Now, our TekInvent developer team created a development strategy that combined simpicity and experience to ensure that users enjoyed using the app while listening to podcasts. We also had to make sure that Liam’s app could attract new users and also make sure they never abandon the app. To make sure that did happen, we decided to add a more smooth streaming, personalized recommendations that other apps didn’t offer, and even offline access so that users could listen to podcasts in remote areas also. Apart from the user side, we also focused on the creator side and added many features that are not offered by other apps.
