The Challenge
Ashleigh came to us with a unique idea of creating an app that could be used for tracking habits on a daily basis. By profession, Ashleigh is a teacher who wanted to bring some order in her aily routine. Being a teacher can be hectic and so she began a search for the best to track her daily routine that could include time to do her favorite things and activities. She searched the app stores day and night but either the apps were too confusing or their appearance was boring to look at first sight.
This motivated Ashleigh to create a habit tracking app that she will fall in love with and have others love it as well. She thought about a nice and clean app that was beautiful to look at and easy to understand in a few minutes. At TekInvent, we recognized the core problem with the existing apps. They all had almost the same layout, the same feel, and too many ads that can annoy users. We suggested Ashleigh to market her app as free of cost and introudce in-app ads later on when she has lots of users. The goal was a mobile app for tracking habits that engages the users and motivates them use the app on daily basis.
