We were approached by an independent handyman struggling to find clients reliably. Customers often face difficulties booking trustworthy professionals quickly. Existing platforms are either saturated or complicated. Our client wanted an app that connects local handymen with customers.
The challenge was to create a platform that allows easy service booking, secure payments, and transparent reviews. The app needed a smooth interface for both service providers and customers. Real-time notifications, scheduling, and geolocation tracking were critical. Another challenge was to ensure trust and safety while keeping the process fast and simple.
