This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the tekinvent.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”), including our SMS/text messaging program.

By using this Website or subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.

2. SMS and Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

This section specifically governs your participation in our text messaging program.

• Program Description: By providing your phone number to TekInvent, you agree to receive automated informational and transactional text messages from us regarding your account, project updates, billing alerts, and support inquiries. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services and the status of your projects.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging and data plan.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@tekinvent.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using this Website and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by TekInvent or third-parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain solely with TekInvent. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our Website or Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of TekInvent. Your use of our Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any TekInvent or third-party trademarks.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Website or its Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; or (h) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold TekInvent and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your use of the Website or Services or any willful misconduct on your part.

8. Dispute Resolution

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Wyoming, United States
without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Wyoming, United States, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

TekInvent – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TekInvent, we are committed to providing high-quality products/services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers.

1. Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

• Damaged/Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or is not functioning as described.

• Non-Delivery: If the service or product is not delivered within the promised timeframe (e.g., 30 days).

• Error on Our Part: If the wrong item or service was provided.

2. Timeframe for Requests

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date.

• Requests made after the 30-day window may be eligible for Store Credit only, at the discretion of TekInvent.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Services

The following are generally not eligible for a refund:

• Customized or personalized orders once production has started.

• Digital downloads or software after the license key has been revealed.

• Service hours that have already been fully performed and signed off by the client.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. However, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.), depending on your bank’s processing times.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage our customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Filing a chargeback before contacting our support team may result in a permanent ban from our services. We are dedicated to resolving all disputes amicably.
