The Challenge

Our EstateLink client reached out to us through one of our social media campaigns. They had one goal in mind: Become more reachable to their customers. The brand already had a pretty solid customer base but their major concern was being unable to attract new customers. Profits were minimal, brand recognition was decreasing, and the client number was becoming stagnant.

They wanted the team at TekInvent to help them overcome these obstacles with a solution that makes business better and growth constant. Apart from these challenges, they also needed a platform for better customer data handling, efficient communication, and employee management system. The client needed an all-in-one solution and TekInvent was up to the challenge.

The CEO of EstateLink required an all-in-one solution to their problem - a platform where the EstateLink team could manage everything. The TekInvent team got to work and devised a prototype with various features for the client to approve. We successfully took their ideas and vision to make their processes smoother and streamlined.

We started off with the admin panel of the app where we integrated features like role-based access, list of available properties, filter tabs, category tabs, bookings, and rentals. Our team also integrated value-added features like CTAs, in-app chatroom and calling, security features, and a database where they can manage customer data and listings.

React Native enabled cross-platform development, while Node.js powered a fast and secure backend. MongoDB provided flexible data storage, and Firebase supported real-time features like chat and notifications. For design, Figma helped us create a clean, consistent, and user-friendly interface across all screens.
